Simple Retro | Collaboration

During the week we're constantly focused on having to wear uniforms or all black attire for our jobs and completely forget about our closets that we leave at home.
Once the weekend hits all I want to do is throw my work clothes into the hamper never to see again - well, at least not until Monday... And bring out my favorite basics!
Recently, I teamed up with an independent clothing company called Simple Retro, they sent me this basic tee (and you know how much I love my basic tees!) to make it out of my own outfit and show you guys how much it's worth owning one of these for yourself.
Let me start off by saying that I'm obsessed with this top so far, the material of it is so soft and was very comfortable to wear. Made out of 95% cotton and 5% spandex to make you feel like your close to wearing nothing at all! The zipper detail in the back was my favorite part about this top because it gives it an extra touch of class so you can even dress it up if you wanted to, and it also makes it easier to put on, you don't have to worry about getting your make-up on it because of how hard it is to put on certain tops nowadays (I know you ladies can relate!). Another thing I found pleasant was the cut - I'm not one to always wear a crop-top, but it gave me just the right amount of shortness to where it still gives a bit of a peek-a-boo glance of skin, which I most prefer to be honest! You can also purchase it in black if red isn't your style for only $9.99! I'm always a sucker for a good bargain, especially if the garment is of good material, and with this you really can't go wrong! I wanted to go for more of a sporty look and paired this top with some distressed jeans, basic sneakers, a simple baseball cap, and of course I added a leather jacket my favorite detail of all to bring it a more sporty/casual/rock 'n roll look because I just simply had to

Thank you, Simple Retro! I look forward to adding more of your pieces to my wardobe. :-)

Stay Loud, xo.
