LAFW 2015

Wednesday, October 14, 2015

Well, to start this post off right - let me begin by saying, WOW! LA Fashion Week 2015 is officially over and words can not describe how grateful and content I am to have experienced something like this, and to be able to share this special moment with you guys. This past Sunday was the finale of LAFW at the Union Station in Downtown LA. Since March of this year I was fortune enough to have come on board to be apart of this awesome event and contribute a helping hand as a social media intern. We all hustled our little asses to make sure this event was a complete success, being that this was our first official season for Spring/Summer 2016 in Los Angeles, it couldn't have turned out any better! So many people attended and showed us nothing but love and support for 5 days straight from Wednesday 7th (which was our Opening Gala) to Sunday 11th (our season finale). We had so many incredible people also help us tremendously, from our volunteers, sponsors, hair and makeup teams, models and, of course, our phenomenal fashion designers! I wasn't able to add all of the photos I took for each show, but I wanted to show you guys a glimpse of what it was like and who were my top favorite collections. I was extremely impressed by all of the designers and their work of some who are already established, yet also were given the opportunity to be discovered. These photos don't do its justice because seeing these collections live was on an entire different level! You would literally tell yourself "wow!" probably a thousand times just like I did haha! It was incredible!
Although, I'm beyond sad that the season has finally come to an end, I can't say thank enough my bosses/team for all that they've done on every aspect and for allowing me to be apart of this unforgettable opportunity. Also to the people that I have met along the way that I can now genuinely call friends. You're all the!

However, with that being said, this isn't over just yet!
We'll see you next season in March!

  1. I always look forward to going out. A good tip would be to look out for those places with interesting concepts. This place is pretty amazing. I came up here with a friend. The venues Chicago were spacious and food was great.
